If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, New Season Products accepts returns up to 30 days from the delivery date for product purchased on our website Newseasonproducts.com.
New Season Products is unable to accept returns for a products that has been altered or damaged after being received. Please note all products are subject to inspection. A $5.00 Restocking Fee may be applied to any products returned outside of the 30-Day return window, items that fail inspection will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
If your return passes inspection you will receive a confirmation email, typically within 3 business days from the time we’ve received the returned goods in our warehouse.
